Dear friends, it is with great pleasure that I come through this to forward the awards related to the individual highlights of the fifth round, as well as the three victorious teams from each division in the final round. I apologize for the delay in sending. Finally, I share an outline of what we are planning for CC 2024. We are assessing modifications and studying the best way to incorporate and adjust the proposed format in 2021.

Final classification cc 2023
Here is the final table of CC 2023 after the five rounds. Congratulations to all teams for their commitment and perseverance.
In the fifth round, there were two battles that resulted in intense internal debates before we announced the final outcome. These battles involved the teams ACW vs. ZGT and SRV vs. USA. On the date 11/09, as mentioned on https://sevosports.com/forum/topic/penalties-crew-championship-2023/?part=10, I announced that if a player left their team during the course of a league, the group would be subject to the following penalty: manager replacement penalty (-100). If the manager was not replaced, their score on the spreadsheet would be reset to zero or negative, depending on their final score.
However, both penalized groups in these duels presented valid arguments in a timely manner (shortly after the battles ended) in defense of their penalties. In the development of the regulations, we couldn't foresee all possible situations in a league. As an organization, we have a duty to make a final decision that is fair and impartial, based on common sense. This decision may not please everyone, but it was the fairest one.
Final result presented by the losing group:
Defense argument of the penalized group: The coach who committed the infraction held the position of league moderator, which made it impossible to replace him. In this moderator role, he lacked the ability to send invitations and immediately leave the team, as OSM does not allow new players to enter a closed league after the league creator has left.
Organization's final position: The offending coach participated in almost the entire league in another crew that was not involved in the CC. During the league's development, his duty was to defend the ACW team to which he was assigned in the lineup. However, as demonstrated, he served as the league moderator, which prevented the ACW team from making a substitution.
Therefore, the organization's final verdict is as follows: partial penalty. The goal1 score of ACW will be reset to zero in the spreadsheet, but the ACW team will not suffer the -100 point penalty for substitution since it would have been impossible to carry out.
Final result presented by the winning group:
Defense argument of the penalized group: Player "Goal3" from the USA crew played the entire league in their original team. At the end of the league, on the postseason day, when there were no more games in the league, he was promoted to the main UOS group and, therefore, left the original crew.
Organization's final position: In this situation, unlike what happened with the ACW team, player "Goal3" participated in all league games for the original crew. Since this was an internal decision of the group, and theoretically, they were aware of the consequences, the 100-point penalty was applied. However, the score of "Goal3" was not reset, as he participated in all league games with the USA team. Therefore, the result presented by the SRV group is 100% correct and in accordance with the rules.
Informations about cc 2024
We are facing some issues with the current format of the CC, such as teams dropping out of the competition when they still have some battles to be fought. Furthermore, the current format is outdated when compared to the 2021 format, which was based on a round-robin point system. The battle format proves to be fairer when the chosen league is the 5x5 battle league. On the other hand, in a format where team coaches participate in separate leagues, the round-robin points system is more equitable.
In the case of forming the divisions for CC 2024, if any team that participated in CC 2023 decides not to compete in CC 2024, the team that had been relegated with the highest score (according to the 2023 scoring system) will be spared and will remain in the same division.
