Hello community, it is with great joy that we announce the opening of registrations for the beloved Star Cup 2024.
With the return of the battle modality to the competitive environment, we see the opportunity to re-edit yet another historic competition that was forgotten with the end of classic battles.
The Star Cup is back and with a new look. In this new proposed format, crews must use the TRAINING CAMPS (TC) AND SECRET TRAININGS (ST) tools intelligently.
In this new format, there is an expansion of OSM. We will leave the normal scope of competitions and fall into a war of strategies. It will be a beautiful reunion with history.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The Tournament will be held in the traditional Friendly Battles system {CREW VS CREW} with 5 MANAGERS per crew (G1 G3 G5 G7and G9).
Knockout system lost the battle and is out of the Competition.
Draw: There will be 64 Crews divided into four POTS
The criteria to be used in the draw will be done through a ranking that the Organization will base on the registered Crews. However, in the last two Editions of the (Star Cup 2020 and 2023) according to the classification of each Crew participating in them.
The maximum number of registered crews will be 80. After that, we will have a waiting list in case anyone withdraws.
PLAY-OFFS will be made up of 32 Crews(those with the lowest score in the ranking made by the organization) and the 16 Crews that qualify will go straight to POT 4 of the Draw.
1st PHASE It will be composed of a maximum of 64 crews in eliminatory switching modules.
2nd PHASE (LAST 32). It will be made up of 32 crews in eliminatory switching modules.
Round of 16 (LAST 16): It will be composed of 16 Crews in eliminatory switching modules.
Quarter Finals (1/4): It will be composed of 8 Crews in eliminatory switching modules.
Semi Final (1/2): It will be composed of 4 Crews in eliminatory switching modules.
Final: The two best Crews face each other in a single round, the winning Crew is crowned Champion of the STAR CUP 2024. We will also have a confrontation to define 3rd Place.
PARTICIPATION CRITERIA
Crews that have already participated in International Competitions organized by SEVO (WCC, CC, STAR CUP, I.C) cite at least 1 competition.
Brazilian/Portuguese competitions organized by SEVO (LNBG, CBG, CLG, CPG) name at least 1 competition
Competitions from other Organizations and/or Communities may participate, mention at least 1 competition
With more than 1 year of creation
Crews suspended by Sevo will not be able to participate.
NOTE: The Tournament can only be held when we have at least 80 registered Crews. If we have more registrants there will be a waiting list, also based on the ranking made by the Organization.
This championship will be open to all Crews from all OSM Communities.
REGULATIONS
1. PARTICIPATING GROUPS
• 1.1 Participants:
All Crews that are not suspended and/or suspended by the championship organization participate. And that they comply with criteria stipulated in the regulations

3. TRANSFERS
• 3.1 Buying and selling in the first league simulations

CPU offers cannot be accepted at any time. There will be a penalty of -50 points for each player sold the CPU through offers/negotiations.
• 3.3 Instant sales
Instant sales will not be allowed, penalty of -50 pointsper sale.
• 3.4 Sales at the price below
Players should not be sold at their exact market value. It will only have to be sold above its market value, if sold at a value below it will also result in a penalty of -50 points for each sale.
• 3.5 Internal transfers
The purchase of players between human coaches is prohibited, it will result in a penalty of -50 points for each internal transfer.
4. TRANING CAMP and SECRET TRAINING
• 4.1 Stages: A MAXIMUM of (3) TRANING CAMP will be allowed for each Manager per phase. Extra use of each Traning camp used will result in -250 points.
• 4.1.1 A MAXIMUM of (12) TRANING CAMP in total will be allowed in the overall sum of each Crew. Extra use of each traning camp used will result in -250 points.
• 4.1.2 The use of a MAXIMUM of (5) TRANING CAMP on each opposing Manager will only be permitted. Extra use of each traning camp used will result in -250 points.
• 4.2 Secret Trainings:
The 6 secret training sessions per Manager are valid.
Note: The Stage limit was an innovation by the Organization to obtain more strategy in battles, enhancing old classic battles. This RULE will generate doubts in the opponent, as it will be uncertain when and on which manager the opponent will use their Stages.
5. FRIENDLY
FRIENDSHIPS Friendlies will only be permitted against managers from the same Crew. Each friendly played against the opponent will result in – 50 points
6. GENERAL
• 6.1 Timers, clearing funds and items:
Timers, fund compensation and inventory items will be disabled to prevent the use of Boss Coins to interrupt instant evolution activities and use of extra money from packages.
• 6.2 Posting results:
The final result of each Battle is mandatory for the Winning Crew and must be confirmed by both Captains.
Failure to post the Spreadsheet with the final result will result in -100 points. The Crew has 24 hours after the end of the Battle to post.
• 6.3 GameBasic Events
If any Game Basic event occurs during the Rounds, the Organization will not interfere in any way, that is, the event will be the same for both sides. Except for LEGENDARY PLAYERS, the purchase of -100 points for each player purchased will not be allowed
• 6.4 Players out of position
Players outside their respective positions may be selected. Ex: Striker in Midfield, Midfield in Defense etc. Exception: the position of Goalkeeper is not allowed another player in his position. If escalated, you will be penalized by -150 points.
• 6.5 Alignment
There will be -50 points if the crew is late in posting the alignments.
If the delay exceeds 24 hours after the end of the alignment posting period, the Crew will be disqualified (W.O).
• 6.6 All Penalties must be posted within 48 hours after the event, the Organization kindly requests that the post be as clear as possible such as (manager's name, crew member, and most importantly the PRINTS of the image)
7. FAIR PLAY
• 7.1 Conspiracies, traps and irregularities.
Conspiracy with other participants is not permitted. This includes illegal transfers and all other behaviors that indicate this type of illegality. If these rules are broken, they must be reported to the OSM Staff using the tool: Report Trainer. And if the organization interprets it as cheating or bad faith, it will eliminate those involved and the Crew.
• 7.2 Offenses
Offending the organization or organizing intrigues in the Competition Forum will result in coaches being advised to eliminate them from this COMPETITION and SUBSEQUENT EDITIONS.
• 7.3 W.O (WALKOVER)
7.3.1 It is considered W.O: the group withdraws during the tournament, or sends the lineup 24 hours after the deadline stipulated by the organization, or if the 5 managers representing the crew abandon the league. The W.O value will be considered Zero (0) by the Organization.
8. JOINING GROUP
• If there is a merger between groups, the points and penalties (if any) of the group that undergoes a name change will be valid.
9. NEXT EDITIONS
• 9.1 Eliminations due to WO or other type of protection.
Crews eliminated from the competition because of W.O, or offenses, or lack of fair play, will be prevented from playing in the next edition of the tournament and all competitions organized by Sevo within 1 year.
10. CREATION OF THE LEAGUE
• 10.1 Creating a wrong league:
The League must be created in accordance with what is stipulated by the Organization. If the League Moderator creates it incorrectly, the coach's group will suffer a punishment of -100 points and a new league must be created correctly. And if it is created incorrectly again, it will result in a penalty of -150 points and the Organization will replace the Moderator.
• 10.2 The Organization will pass on information at each phase start
• 10.3 Wrong team choices:
The Manager who chooses a team different from the one stipulated, his group will suffer a penalty of -100 points.
If a manager chooses the wrong color team, in addition to suffering the penalty, his crew must recreate the league.
• 10.4 Sending invitations:
Invitations must be sent by the moderator to all members at the same time. Deadlines that the moderator must pay attention to:

• 10.5 League Creators:
A draw will be held at each Phase. All managers of the moderating crews must choose the blue teams.
ATTENTION: We ask coaches not to request entry into the league before invitations are sent to avoid *BUG*, if this happens the Organization is not responsible for the delay in entering the league.
o Knowing that the coach who does not have any of the 4 free slots will not be able to receive the invitations, be aware of this as this situation will not result in a penalty for the PM.
o Before the start of the leagues, clean your league invitation boxes in osm, as there are reports that with the invitation box full.
It is not possible to send invitations to the coach. Therefore, we recommend that everyone delete their invitations before the start of each round of the competition to avoid delays in entering the league.
Note: It is the Manager's responsibility to record a video of the creation of the league or take prints of the invitations sent, because if there is any accusation of delays in the invitations, the video/prints will be the only means of defense of the accused group.
11. SCORES The 5x5 Spreadsheet will be used
125 starting points per manager
13 extra points if the goal is achieved
18 extra points per position in the ranking for position above the Objective
18 penalty points for positioning in the ranking for position below the Objective
Extra points: 4 times each manager's league points
Extra points: 2 times the difference in goals for each manager
100, 45 and 20 extra points are awarded for the first 3 (1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively)
And penalized with -100 points. 45 and 20 for the last 3 (10th, 9th and 8th respectively)

Other information
Any questions or complaints must be reported to the organization through the competition thread on the forum, all questions must be posted in the thread and at least 1 of the organizers must be mentioned.
If an error is identified in the regulations, inform the Organization immediately for analysis and correction.
If any correction or change to the regulations is necessary, it will be corrected and notified on the forum.
As it is an Unofficial Tournament, the Organization's decision is sovereign, as long as it does not exceed the OSM Rules.
