World Crew Championship 24/25


TOURNAMENT FORMAT

The tournament will be held in the traditional competition format, in the Classic Battles system {CREW VS CREW} with 5 manager for each Crew (G1, G3, G5, G7 and G9).

  • There will be a maximum of 96 registered Crews, from the remaining registrations onwards they will be on a waiting list, they will only be able to participate if a Group withdraws before the start of the competition.
  • PLAY-OFFS: The crews with the lowest ranking will participate in the PLAY-OFFS If we have 96 registered groups, we will hold two (2) PLAY-OFFS phases. The Crew ranked from 65th to 96th will compete in PLAY-OFFS 2, and the qualified groups will face the Crews ranked from 49th to 64th. The sixteen winning Crew will enter POT IV for the draw for the FIRST PHASE of the competition. In this phase, only Training Camp are allowed; Secret Training are prohibited.
  • GROUP PHASE: It will consist of 64 Crews divided into 16 brackets (4 Crews per bracket), where the draw criteria will be based on the ranking of the last two editions of the WCC.

In the event of a tie in the ranking, the tiebreaker criteria will be, respectively, the date of creation (from oldest to newest) and Medal Points (APP)

 

Draw: There will be 16 Crews in each POT (I, II, III and IV) separated in this way. Groups that are Bases and/or academies cannot be in the same bracket as the main Crew.

 


Creation of leagues in the Group stage:
From this edition onwards we will do it as follows:

ROUND 1

POT 1 vs POT 4

POT 2 vs POT 3

ROUND 2

POT 1 vs POT 2

POT 3 vs POT 4

ROUND 3

POT 3 vs POT 1

POT 4 vs POT 2

 

The leagues will be created at a time stipulated by the Organization and there will be no change of flag, if the Crew is from America it will be created in American time, if it is from Europe in European time, if it is from Asia in Asian time.

The two (2) best Crews from each Group qualify for the  KNOCK-OUT phase.

 

KNOCK-OUT PHASE

(1/16 finals). The two (2)  best Crews from each group advance to this phase, where they face each other in a single-round knockout system. The winning group advances to the Round of 16 stage.

The PM (Moderators) will be the 1st placed in each Group, where they will create in their time without changing the flag.

Round of 16 (1/8): The Crews face each other in a home and away knockout system, where each Crew will create one of the battles, the Crew with the worst campaign creates the first battle in its time slot and the return battle will be created by the Crew with the best campaign in its time slot. The Crew that adds the most points in the overall sum will be the winner and advances to the next phase. It will be possible to change managers between battles.

Quarter Finals (1/4): The Crews face each other in a home and away knockout system, where each Crew will create one of the battles, the Crew with the worst campaign creates the first battle in its time slot and the return battle will be created by the Crew with the best campaign in its time slot. The Crew that adds the most points in the overall sum will be the winner and advances to the next phase. It will be possible to change managers between battles

Semi-Final (1/2): The Crews face each other in a home and away knockout system, where each Crew will create one of the battles, the Crew with the worst campaign creates the first battle in its time slot and the return battle will be created by the Crew with the best campaign in its time slot. The Crew that adds the most points in the overall sum will be the winner and advances to the next phase. It will be possible to change managers between battles

Final: The Crews face each other in a home and away knockout system, where each Crew creates one of the battles, the group with the worst campaign creates the first battle in its time slot and the return battle will be created by the group with the best campaign in its time slot. The group that adds the most points in the overall sum will be the Champion. It will be possible to change managers between battles

We will also have a match to define the 3rd place.

 

 

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

Crews that have already participated in International Competitions organized by SEVO or other Communities, such as WCC, CC, STAR CUP, CoTT, CDG, CCW, ALPHA CUP, (Name at least 2 competitions)

  • Crews created more than 1 year ago
  • Crews suspended by SEVO will not be able to participate.

 

NOTE: Registrations will be made through the follow Google Form that will be opened by the Organization and we request the LOGO of each Crew at the time of registration.

NOTE: If we do not have the number of 96 CREWS registered according to the regulations, we will only have 80 Crews and a PLAY-OFFS phase:

This championship will be open to all groups from all communities.

 

 

REGULATION

  1. PARTICIPATING GROUPS

1.1 Participating:

All Crews that are not banned and/or suspended by the championship organization participate, and that comply with the criteria stipulated in the regulations. This also applies to MANAGERS.

  1. MANAGERS
    • 1 Manager transfers

A manager can only play for one crew during the tournament, to prevent any crew from benefiting from transfers during the tournament which could result in a penalty of -200 points.

 

Manager1 played for Crew-X in the first round, but in the second round Manager1 transferred to Crew-Y, which prevents him from playing for Crew-Y in the COMPETITION of the same year.

 

  • 2 Linked to Originating Crew

The Manager must not, under any circumstances, abandon the league until the last day of the league ends with his/her Home Crew. Should this occur, the Crew will be penalized by -50 points. The Manager must be replaced immediately. Regardless of the reason, if the replacement is not made, in addition to the penalty, this Manager will be considered a CPU, that is, his/her score on the spreadsheet will be zeroed.

 

2.3 League withdrawals

If a manager leaves the league, his Crew will suffer a penalty of -100 points. He must be replaced immediately. If the replacement is not made, in addition to the penalty, this manager will be considered CPU, that is, his score on the spreadsheet will be zeroed.

NOTE: If the manager's score is negative on the spreadsheet, no changes will be made.

 

  • 4 Manager Replacements

Substitution between the start of the league and the end of the deadline for posting the lineup: -50 points per manager replaced.

Substitution of manager during the league: -100 points per manager replaced.

This penalty does not apply to items 2.2 and 2.3.

 

2.5 Nickname change

During the competition, the manager can only change his nickname between one phase and another, and the change must be passed on to the Organization. If he makes a change during the league, he will be penalized -50 points.

 

  1. TRANSFERS

3.1 Buying and selling in the first league simulations. Players on the transfer list will be allowed to be purchased from the moment they are in the league.

  • 3.2 CPU Offers

CPU offers cannot be accepted at any time; and there will also be a -50 point penalty for each player sold to the CPU via offer.

  • 3 Instant sales

Instant sales will not be allowed, with a penalty of -50 points for each sale.

  • 3.4 Sales at original value

Players cannot be sold at their exact market value. They must be sold above their market value. If they are sold at or below their exact market value, they will also be penalized with -50 points for each sale.

  • 3.5 Internal transfers

It is forbidden to buy players between human managers. Each such transfer will result in a -50 point penalty.

  1. TRAINING CAMP and SECRET TRAINING

 

4.1 TRAINING CAMP

Each Manager will be allowed to use (3) training camp per round. Any extra use of each will result in -250 points.

  • Secret Training:

The 6 secret trainings per Manager are valid.

  1. FRIENDLY MATCHES:

Only allowed against coaches from the same group. Each friendly match against the opponent will result in -50 point

  1. GENERAL

6.1 Timers, clearing funds and inventory items:

Timers, fund compensation and inventory items will be disabled to prevent the use of Boss Coins to complete instant evolution activities and use extra money from packages.

 

6.2 Posting results: The final result of each Battle is mandatory for the winning group and must be confirmed by both Captains. Failure to post the spreadsheet with the final result will result in -100 points. The group has 24 hours after the end of the battle to post.

6.3 GameBasics Events: If any GameBasics event occurs during the Rounds, the Organization will not place any value on such events, that is, the events will be equally valid for both sides. Only LEGENDARY players will be prohibited from being purchased. Each player purchased will have a penalty of -50 points.

 

6.4 Players out of position: Players may be fielded outside their respective positions.

Ex: Striker in Midfield, Midfielder in Defense. Except for the GOALKEEPER position, where only players in the same position will be allowed. If the manager fields a player in another position, he will be penalized -50 points.

 

6.5 Line-up There will be a penalty of -50 points if the Crew is late in posting the lineups.

If the delay exceeds 24 hours after the end of the lineup posting period, the Crew will be disqualified (W.O).

 

6.6 All Penalties must be posted within 48 hours of the incident. The Organization requests that you be as clear as possible in the posting, citing the name of the manager, which crew he belongs to and evidence (image, video) of the penalty committed.

  1. FAIR PLAY

7.1 Conspiracies, cheating and irregularities.

Collusion with other participants is not permitted. This includes illegal transfers and all other behaviors that indicate this type of illegality. If these rules are broken, they must be reported to the OSM System. through the tool: Report Trainer. And if the organization interprets it as cheating or bad faith, it will eliminate those involved.

 

  1. 2 Offenses

Offending the organization or intriguing in the Competition Forum will result in penalties to the coaches explained the elimination of the same (s) from this COMPETITION and the NEXT EDITION.

  1. 3 W.O (WALKOVER)
  2. 3.1. We may consider W.O if the group withdraws from the Tournament or does not post its lineup until the start of the league. The value of the W.O will be considered Zero (0) by the Organization.
  3. 3.2 Walkover (WO) will always be the average of the score balance of the battles the team played before withdrawing from the tournament. If the crew does not play any battles, the 0 x 500 score will be applied to their battles.
  4. g.: Battle 1 - Crew A 780 x 1280 Crew B = Balance 500; Battle 2 - Crew A 620 x 1560 Crew C = Balance 940; Battle 3 - Crew A abandons the Tournament.

Result of the battle will be Crew A 0 x 720 Crew D

(500+940) /2=720

  1. JOINING OF GROUPS

If there is any merger between groups, the score and penalties (if any) of the group that suffers the name change will be valid.

  1. NEXT EDITIONS
    • 1 Eliminations due to WO or other type of punishment. The group and/or coach (even if they change groups in a next edition) who are eliminated from this edition by WO, withdraw from the competition or suffer some type of punishment will be prevented from playing in the next edition of the tournament.
  2. CREATION OF THE LEAGUE
    • 1. Create a wrong league:

The League must be created according to what is stipulated by the Organization. If the League Moderator creates it wrongly, the coach's group will suffer a -100 point  penalty and a new league must be created correctly. And if it is created wrong again, it will result in a penalty of -150 points and the Organization will replace the Moderator.

10.1.1 Leagues created outside the hours stipulated by the Organization will have a penalty of -100 points.

EXCEPTION: If the confrontation takes place between two groups from the same continent, the 2 group leaders may agree to create the league at another time. However, it must be on the day stipulated by the organization to create the leagues (the time zone considered will be GMT+0). For this to occur, the 2 leaders must send a message to a Sevo organizer indicating that the groups agree on the creation time.

  • 2 Wrong Team Picks:

If a coach chooses a different team from the one that was stipulated, his

Group will suffer a penalty of -100 points. In this case, if the coach chose the team of a group colleague, his teammate will stay with the team that would be his. If it is from the opposing group, the league will be recreated by the group of the manager who committed the infraction.

  • 3 Sending invitations:

Invitations must be sent by the moderator to all coaches at the same time, the same will have a maximum limit of 5 minutes after the creation of the league to send all invitations and up to 2 minutes after sending the 1st invitation to send to all. If it is proven that there was a delay in sending the invitations from one group in relation to the other (for any reason), the group creating the league will be penalized with a delay of up to 10 minutes -50 points and from 11 minutes onwards -100 points).

  • 4 League Creators:

ATTENTION: We ask managers not to request to join the league before the invitations are sent to avoid *BUG* If this happens, the Organization will not be responsible for the delay in joining the league. Knowing that the coach who does not have any of the 4 free slots will not be able to receive the invitations, be aware of this, as this situation will not result in a  penalty to the creator of the league.

 

Note: It is the Manager's responsibility to record a video of the creation of the league or take screenshots of the invitations sent, because if there is any accusation of delays in the invitations, the video/prints will be the only means of defense of the accused group.

 

 

  1. SCORES

This 5x5 Worksheet will be used:

Each coach starts with 125 points;

+30 points per position above the Objective within the league;

-30 points per position below the Objective within the league;

League Points x4

Goal difference x2

+100 League Champion points

-100 points for the last ranked league

The EXCEL file will be made available by the  Organization both on the Website and in the Social Network groups.

Other information

Any questions or complaints must be reported to the organization through the competition thread in the forum, all questions must be posted in the thread and at least 1 of the organizers must be cited.

If an error is identified in the regulation, inform the Organization immediately for analysis and correction.

If any correction or change in the regulation is necessary, it will be corrected and notified in the forum.

As it is an Unofficial Tournament, the Organisation's decision is sovereign, as long as it does not exceed the OSM Rules.

The ranking is based on the last two (2) editions of the WCC: 23/24 and 22/23.
this is the scoring system:
