CREW CHAMPIONSHIP 2022
This regulation has all the information and rules about the Crews Championship - CC 2022.

I - GENERAL INFORMATION
This is an unofficial tournament. Moderators or OSM Team member has any relationship with him. So, be respectful in the treatment during the tournament. CC is a long tournament, so make sure your Crew can advance each round. Be considerate of other Crews and play until the end. Abandonments will be severely punished, read the Rules carefully and share with all your Crew members.
II - FORMAT
The CC is a crew tournament played in divisions in the new format (Group A and B) in the same league. There will be 8 main divisions. Total Participant Limit 80 Crews.
Each division will have 2 Groups (A and B) and each Group will have 5 CREWS where they will compete in a 8-team league, only crews from the same division will be in the same league. Except in the FINAL round.
Battle model from this edition will be as follows:
It will be held in 8-Team Leagues; 4 Crew Managers (G1, G3, G5, G7).
The Organization will inform which will be the confrontations of each round (CREW vs CREW) being these on the same side of the Group. There will be 5 Rounds in total (And a crew on each Group who win, will rest in a given round). After the 5 rounds are over, we will have the Final round to Define Champion of each Division, with only the 1st Position.
III - CRITERIA TO PARTICIPATE
In case it is the FIRST PARTICIPATION of the Crew.
• At least 6 months of group creation;
• At least 10,000 App Medal Points;
• Have played at least (1) one competition held by the Forums and Sevo (We will request the tournament upon registration);
• Crews suspended by SEVO/CASIC will not be able to participate.
NOTE: If we do not have the number of 80 Crews registered according to Regulations. We will open vacancies for a pre-selection with the following requirements:
• Crews who have already participated in SEVO Organized Competitions
• That it is not suspended by the Sevo or Casic Organization.
This championship will be open to all Crews from all communities of the World.

III - PROMOTIONS AND RELEGATIONS
At the end of the 5 Rounds we will have - Division 1: The Champion of the 2022 Edition will be that CREW that wins their battle in the FINAL round. Only the Champion of each Division will be entitled to Banner; The worst TWO (2) on each side of the Group will be relegated;
- Other divisions: (2nd to 8th) The Champion of your Division will be that CREW that wins its battle in the FINAL round, only the Champion of each division is entitled to Banner; The Champion and Second Place from each Group will be promoted to Higher Division and the worst TWO (2) on each side of the Group will be relegated;
Stay in mind, if by chance a Crew from the 1st Division does not register for this Edition, the next Crew in the Standing will automatically take its place, this is valid for the other Divisions. The criteria will be informed by the Organization based on the Standings of the last Edition.

RULES
One of the most important parts of the Tournament. Read carefully and, if in doubt, ask the Organization. Any orientation of the Organization contrary to the regulation will have no effect. Only what is written in this document becomes valid. If it is extremely necessary to change or include any rule, this regulation will be edited and the crews will be communicated immediately.
OSM Rules: Although this is an unofficial tournament, the OSM rules take precedence over any internal tournament rules. Cases presented to the Organization that refer to the OSM Rules will be reported in the game channels for evaluation of the OSM team, being those involved who can be punished directly by the OSM team (either suspension or banning of the account), if they are guilty.

2 - FRIENDLIES
2.1- Friendly games are allowed against any manager;
3 - LEAGUE TRANSFERS
3.1 - Buying and selling in the first league simulations
Buying transfer list players is allowed only after the first league sales simulation. Buying players before penalty of - 50 points for each player;
3.2- CPU offers
CPU offers cannot be accepted at any time and will also have a penalty of -100 points for each player sold to CPU through an offer.
3.3- Instant Sales
Instant sales will not be allowed, resulting in a -150 point penalty for each sale;
3.4- Market Player Value
Players cannot be sold at their exact market value. The same will have to be sold below or above its market value, if it is sold at the exact value, it will also result in the penalty of -150 points;
3.5- Intern Transfers
Buying players between human managers is prohibited, will result in a -100 point penalty.
4- W.O (Walkover)
4.1 The score of Crew may be considered W.O to withdraw from the Tournament. The value of W.O. will be considered Zero (0) by the Organization.
5 - CREATION OF LEAGUE
5.1- Create a wrong league
The League must be created in accordance with what is stipulated by the Organization. If the League Moderator creates it incorrectly, the Crew manager will suffer a -100 points punishment and a new league can be created correctly.
And if the Moderator creates again wrong the second time, the Crew will suffer another penalty of -200 points, and the Organization will request another Moderator from another Group to create the league.

5.2- Wrong team choice
The manager who will choose a team different from the one stipulated, his Crew that will suffer a penalty -150 points. Therefore, the opposing manager will stay with the team that was his.
5.3- Sending Invitations
Invitations must be sent by the moderator to all members at the same time, or even as a maximum or deadline of 5 minutes after the creation of the league to send all invitations. If it is proved that there was a delay in sending invitations from one Crew to the other (either for just reasons), the Crew that created the league will be penalized by -100 points. Delay of up to 1 to 10 minutes (-100 points), from 10 minutes onwards (-200 points).
We suggest that PMs record a video when sending invitations so that there is proof if necessary.
5.4 Because it is a Competition of confrontations between 2 crews in each round, it will be determined that if there is a delay in the invitation of the Moderator to a certain MANAGER and in that round the confrontation is not between the same Crews, the penalty will occur when the confrontation between the Crews involved takes place . If the chance coincides in the same round, the penalty follows. And if the confrontation has taken place, the Organization will modify the result.

The Moderator is from the GHO Crew delays the invitation to the UBO, so the GHO penalty has to be counted in the duel between GHO UBO. If it has already happened, the penalty is applied to the score obtained, if it has not yet happened, the penalty is applied to the duel to come.
Why?
If the penalty is applied in this round, it will benefit the Dynamis Crew, as the GHO will lose points in this confrontation and the UBO will be harmed anyway.
6 - GENERAL
6.1- Timers and funds clearing:
Deactivated timers and clearing funds, in order to prevent the use of Boss Coins for instant evolution activities.
6.2- Results Post
The Crew that wins your battle is required to post the final result on the competition page within 24 hours after the league ends, -100 points if you don't post it
6.3- If any Game Basic event occurs during the Rounds, the Organization will not sign anything about them, that is, the event will be the same for both sides.
6.4- Managers will not be able to play if he is not in his original Crew to the one mentioned in the line-up - 100 points, the Crew has 24 hours to return to it, or replace it; if none of the options occurs, it will be considered abandonment and its score will be zero;
6.5- Line-up Crew, delay in posting the line-up after the deadline stipulated by the Organization -50 points.
6.6- Manager replacements -150 points.
6.7- Penalties will only be valid within 24 hours after the infraction has occurred; We ask that all of them be informed through images proving the infraction.
6.8- A manager can only play for one Crew during the tournament, to avoid any group benefiting from transfers during the tournament. May result in a penalty of -300 points.
6.9- Players out of Position Players out of their respective positions can be assigned. Ex: Attacker in Midfield, Midfield in Defender etc. However, it is at the discretion of each manager, as there may be complaints regarding rule 8 of the OSM, about possible intentional escalation or collaboration, and the Organization will not interfere in anything.
7 - FAIR PLAY
7.1- Conspiracies, cheating and irregularities.
Conspiracy with other participants is not permitted. This includes illegal downloads and all other adjustments that could indicate this type of illegality. If these rules are broken, report them to the OSM Staff through the tool: Report cheating. And if the organization interprets it as cheating or bad faith, eliminate those involved.
7.2- Offenses
Offenses to the organization or managers of intrigues on the page or Whastapp Group of the competition, may result in penalties to the managers involved and banishment of the same(s) from this TOURNAMENT, NEXT EDITION and from SEVO.
8 - CREW FUSION
If there is any fusion between Crews, the scores and penalties (if any) of the Crew that will undergo name change remain valid.
9 - TOURNAMENT ABANDONMENTS
9.1- Crews that leave the tournament at any time will be relegated to the Ultimate Division, having to fight again for a place in the top divisions. ATTENTION: System failures (bugs) that lead to penalties to the teams will be analyzed separately by the Organization, without the right to claim from those involved.
IV - ANOTHER QUESTIONS
All questions or doubts must be posted on the Tournament page and at least 1 of the organizers must be cited. Questions sent by private message will also be answered by mentioning a member of the Organization. If an error is identified in the regulation, inform the Organization immediately for analysis and correction. If there is a specific rule for penalties that is in the OSM Rules, the tournament specific rule will be valid under the OSM rule. As it is an unofficial tournament, the Organization's decision is sovereign, as long as it does not exceed the OSM rules. Keep an eye on the calendar and information posted on the Forum.
