CREW CHAMPIONSHIP – 2024

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
2024 Crew Championship will be held in a new format so that our Sevo competitions are not repetitive.
This Edition will be held at COMMUNITY LEAGUE S, where there will be 4 leagues in each division, there will be 1 manager for each Crew in different leagues (total of 4 managers per Crew).
The Goals of each manager will be defined as follows: G1, G4, G7 and G10.
And each Crew's score will be calculated according to the Competition calculation spreadsheet.
We will have 12 Crews in each Division from now on. Having a maximum of 7 Divisions (we will not have PLAY-OFFS), we can have a waiting list if necessary.
There will be three (3) Phases during the Tournament, and only after the end of the last phase will we know who will be the Champion and subsequently the promotions and decisions of each division in general.
Each phase will be named after the Season
Note: Crews that have Bases and academies can participate in the same division
Any changes may be discussed with members of the Sevo committee.
These Divisions can only be created if there are 12 Crews registered, the Organization is checking the number of participants.
At the end of the overall sum of the scores of the three (3) PHASES, the four (4) worst classified from Division 1 will be demoted to Division 2, and the four (4) best from Division 2 will be promoted to Division 1. And so it happens with the other Divisions.
The CREW CHAMPIONSHIP 2024 Champion – Will be the crew that obtains the most points in Division 1.
PARTICIPATION CRITERIA
This championship will be open to the entire OSM Community,
Crews participating in the Competition for the first time, the criteria used to choose the Division will be the date of creation, from oldest to youngest. And logically they will start from the lower Division of those that will already be filled with the Crews that participated in the 2023 Edition and registered for 2024.
All managers must be associated with the Crews to which they belong in the OSM.
REGULATIONS
PARTICIPATING CREWS
1.1 Participants:
All Crews that have not been dismissed and/or suspended by the SEVO Organization from the championship participate, and in other SEVO Tournaments or Associations friendly to SEVO/CDG in which the manager is considered harmful to community life.
MANAGERS
2.1 Manager transfers
A manager can only participate for one Crew during the tournament, to prevent some Crews from benefiting from transfers during the tournament. This could result in a penalty of -300 pointsand the immediate replacement of the manager.
Example: Manager 1 played for Crew X in the first Phase, but in the second Phase Manager 1 transferred to Crew Y, as a result he is prevented from playing for Crew Y in the COMPETITION of the same year.
2.2 Replacement
If managers are replaced during the competition for any reason, the Crew will be penalized by -150 points.
2.2.1 If the Crew requests the replacement of a manager after the roster deadline and before the start of the creation of leagues, they will suffer a penalty of -50 points.
2.3 CREWS
Managers who are in the lineup and are not linked to their original Crew will suffer a penalty of -100 points, and they have 24 hours to return to the crew, otherwise they will be forced to make a substitution, this will also be valid during the competition . This rule is not linked to rule 2.2
2.3.1 NO MANAGER
If a Crew does not have a manager to make the substitution, their score will no longer be zero (0) as before, there will be a penalty of -500 points. The penalty will only be removed if the crew makes a replacement.
2.4 LINE-UPS (RULE VALID FOR ALL DIVISIONS)
At the end of one phase and the beginning of another, the Crews are obliged to change at least 2 (two) managers in their lineups. Each manager can play a maximum of two (2) PHASES out of a total of three (3) during the entire competition.
If we identify that there has been a violation of rule 2.4, the penalty will be -300 points for each manager who falls within the rule and will have to be replaced immediately.
TRANSFERS
3.1 CPU Offers
CPU offers cannot be accepted at any time; and there will also be a penalty of -100 points for each player sold the CPU through an offer.
3.2 Instant sales
instant sales will be allowed.
3.3 Sales for less than original value
Players cannot be sold at below market value, it will have to be sold above or equal its market value.
If sold at a value below, it will result in a penalty of -100 points for each player.
3.4 Internal transfers
The purchase of players between managers is prohibited, resulting in a penalty of -100 points for each player.
3.5 Buying players
Player purchases from list will be allowed after entering the league.
TRAINING CAMPS and SECRET TRAINING
4.1 Training Camps:
The use of training camps will not be permitted.
4.2 Secret Trainings:

FRIENDLIES
Friendlies are allowed against everyone
GENERAL
6.1 Timers, club funds and items:
Timers, compensation funds and items will be disabled, in order to prevent the use of Boss Coins to end instant evolution activities.
6.2 Posting lineups:
The Crew has until the deadline stipulated by the organization to post their lineup in the topic, if there is a delay there will be a penalty of -100 points and if there is no posting the crew will be disqualified by W.O.
6.3 Cup: Enabled.
Crews that reach the Semi Finals and Finals must post their results in the topic created by the Organization, if it is not posted, the Organization is not committed to the score.
The post must identify the name of the Crew, which Division it is in and the manager's league.
FAIR PLAY AND GUIDELINES
7.1 Conspiracies, cheating and irregularity.
Conspiracy with other participants or offenses is not permitted, resulting in the expulsion of the crew from the competition and their suspension in races organized by SEVO for a period determined by the commission. In the specific case of delivery or multi-accounts, Sevo will indicate that a direct report must be made via the OSM APP so that staff can ban the manager or not, as they have more accurate means of monitoring.
7.1.2 The Crew or manager who withdraws from the competition or a league will be suspended and will be prevented from participating in competitions organized by SEVO and friendly associations such as CDG.
7.1.3 Abandonment will be characterized by the manager leaving without warning, without justification and prolonged for 72 hours, resulting in a ban from all group and individual SEVO competitions for the period that the committee deems best.

7.2 Offenses

JOINING GROUP

NEXT EDITIONS

Invitations must be sent by the moderator to all managers at the same time, the moderator will have a maximum period of 4 minutes after creating the league for all invitations to be sent and up to 3 minutes after sending the 1st invitation to send to all. If it is proven that there was a delay in sending invitations from one manager compared to another (for any reason), the league moderator crew will be penalized by -100 to -200 points. Delay of up to 1 to 10 minutes (- 100 points), from 10 minutes onwards (-200 points).

The Organization will plan the Moderators before each Phase and will pass on all the information before the initial deadline for the lineups to know which league and Goal the Moderators will be defined. Captains must identify with the acronym PM when posting lineups, all PMs must participate in the What sap group to create the league.
10.5 If the PM is unable to create the league, make the replacement within a maximum of 24 hours before the initial deadline for creating the league.
Note:I advise the Crew creating the league to record a video at the time of creating the league or take prints of the invitations sent, as if there is any accusation of delays in the invitations, the video or images will be the only means of defense for the accused group.
