AitorFrostBerango has already played for Academia Champagne during the Playoff 1 against Casa Italia. Since there is no rules stating that academy crew players which has played for academy can be used by main crew during the same WCC season, therefore both Academia Champagne and Futbol y Champagne should be considered as separate crews. As per regulation 2.1 Manager transfers: 
A manager can only play for one crew during the tournament, to prevent any crew from benefiting from transfers during the tournament which could result in a penalty of -200 points. 
Manager1 played for Crew-X in the first round, but in the second round Manager1 transferred to Crew-Y, which prevents him from playing for Crew-Y in the COMPETITION of the same year. Therefore, Futbol y Champagne should be penalised 200 points.

We would like to report a situation during the creation of our battle. A Good Looking Imperium was responsible for creating the league. According to the evidence attached, their members were invited and joined the league before any invitation was sent to our crew. We believe this action provided an unfair advantage and goes against the principles of fair play and equal conditions for both crews. We have attached screenshots showing the sequence of events and the timing of the invitations and entries into the league.

In our view, the following situation is not worth a penalty. The rules clearly state that after the 1st invite is sent, all invites need to be sent within 1 minute. We have followed this rule, all managers were invited before 17:34. A screenshot of the phone time and the notification is not enough evidence in our opinion. The time set on the phone can easily be fabricated. Throughout the tournament when playing away games, we have noticed that invites to our crew were sent slightly later. We believe this is a natural consequence to home and away games, and thus scout strategy can be adapted to this. Therefore, we never made an issue out of this.
