  Below are all the information for creating leagues, the teams each coach should choose (last post on the previous page), advanced league settings, league names and schedule for creating leagues in each country. Hello everyone, we have reached the end of CC 2023. Individual banners and artwork containing the final results and rankings have not yet been produced. The last league in the 4th division concluded yesterday, delaying the release of the official artwork. Continuing with the competition, we invite all first and second placed teams from each division to participate in a 5x5 league to determine: 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place and 4th place overall for each division of the competition. As mentioned with the captains, participation is not mandatory. If a crew chooses not to participate, their score and position in the CC 2023 final classification will not change. The only prize at stake in this competition is the group banner:

• 1st division - 1st group A x 1st group B.

Winner: Banner of champion of the 1st division CC 2023.

Loser: Banner of runner-up of the 1st division of CC 2023.

• 1st division - 2nd group A vs. 2nd group B.

Winner: Banner of 3rd of the 1st division of CC 2023.

Loser: No banner awarded.

• And so on, for all divisions.

The rules will be very similar to the information and regulations used in the regular phase of CC 2023. We will send you the rules below.

1. Dates: Sending of alignments: 15/09 to 17/09 (23:59 gmt-3) Start of leagues: 19/09 - 21/09* *: If the 2 captains agree to start the league on another date there will be no sanction. 2. Scoring system: Each manager starts with 100 points; 1.points league x4 -> same as regular cc 23 (4x4) 2. 3. Information about the creation of the league: Timetable for creating leagues: must be agreed between the 2 captains. The deadline will be established between the 2 captains and passed on to the organization. However, if the PM creates the league after the deadline, and the rival reports it. The complaint will be validated, regardless of the reasons.  Wrong team choice: -150 points. Each player will be assigned to a team. For example, the G1 of the moderating team must choose: Blue team 1. In the case of this penalty there are 2 possible sanctions: A. The player chose the wrong color team. Then the crew that made the mistake suffers a penalty of -150 for each player who chose the wrong team and must recreate the league. Recreating the league is the responsibility of the crew that made the error. B. The player chose the right color, but missed the goal (inverted the order of the goal). The crew suffers a -150 penalty for each goal reversal. But the league will continue. It will not be recreated. Create the wrong league: -150. The moderator must create the league according to the advanced settings proposed by the organization. If the player creates the incorrectly configured league, it must be recreated. Sending invitations: Invitations must be sent by the moderator to all members at the same time, the moderator will have a maximum period of 5 minutes after creating the league to send all invitations and up to 3 minutes after sending the 1st invitation to send them all. If it is proven that there was a delay in sending invitations from one group in relation to the other (whether for any reason), the group creating the league will be penalised by -100 points, delay of up to 10 minutes and from 11 minutes onwards (-200 points). If the player performs ANY OF THE ABOVE ACTIONS, the crew must request the replacement of this player within 24 hours after the incident. B. If, after 24 hours of the incident, the crew does not request a replacement, that coach\'s score on the spreadsheet will be: reset, if his final score is greater than zero, maintained, if the coach\'s final score is less than zero. B.1: Exceptions to penalty B: if the player is the league PM. Or if the event takes place after round 7. In these 2 situations it is not possible to replace the coach in the league.Manager “transfers” A manager can only play for one crew during the tournament, to prevent any crew from benefiting from transfers during the tournament. 5. Transfers and friendlies Reports of the penalties below will only be accepted upon proof (prints). If the complaint occurs after this period, the rival group may request an appeal and cancel the penalty request.The penalty table below is very similar to the permissions in the regular phase of CC 23. The penalties written in red are new compared to the previous phase of CC. The previous rules are maintained.Friendlies: permitted only between members of the same crew. BLUE VS BLUES, RED VS RED. The penalty for an illegal friendly match is -50 points per friendly match. League Transfers: Buying transfer list players is allowed only after the first league sales simulation. Buying players before will consist in a penalty of - 50 points for each player bought. CPU offers: CPU offers cannot be accepted; it will consist in a penalty of -100 points for each player sold to CPU. Instant Sales: Instant sales are not allowed; it will consist in a penalty of -100 points for each sale. Selling a player at Market Value: Players cannot be sold at their exact market value; it will consist in a penalty of -100 points  for each sale as for Instant Sales Intern Transfers: Buying players between managers is prohibited; it will consist in a penalty -150 points for each player. Purchase of legendary players: allowed. Just like in the regular phase of CC 2023.
6. Other informations:  Submission of final results: the winning crew must send a photo containing the final battle sheet at the link below. If after 24 hours after the end of the league (when the league is deleted from the osm) the group does not submit the spreadsheet on the website, there will be a penalty of -100 to the winners and the organization will calculate the final result. However, it is at the discretion of each manager, as there may be complaints regarding rule 8 of the OSM, about possible intentional escalation or collaboration, and the Organization will not interfere in anything.GameBasics Events: If any GameBasics event occurs during the battles, the Organisation will not mention anything about them, that is, the events will be valid equally for both sides.

Any questions or complaints must be reported to the organisation through the competition thread on the forum, all questions must be posted in the thread and at least 1 of the organisers must be named. If an error is identified in the regulations, inform the organisation immediately for analysis and correction. If any correction or change to the regulations is necessary, it will be corrected and notified on the forum.
