CREW CHAMPIONSHIP 2021

This regulation has all the information and rules about the Crew Championship - CC 2021. ESTIMATED DATE TO START: PLAYOFFS: On March, 22^th 2021   GROUP PHASE: 26 April 2021   I - GENERAL INFORMATION: This is an unofficial tournament. No moderator or member of the OSM team has any relationship with this. Volunteer coaches manage the tournament and receive nothing for it. So be respectful in your treatment during the tournament. CC is a long tournament, so make sure that your crew can advance in each round. Be considerate of other teams and play until the end. Abandonment will be severely punished, so read the Rules carefully and share them with all your team members. II - FORMAT: CC is a crew tournament played in divisions in the new format of  Group (A and B) in the same league. There will be 8 main divisions and 1 Access Division. This Access Division will be for teams that are not ranked, did not remain in the 8 Main Divisions or dropped out of the last 2020. Each division will have Group (A and B) and each group will have 5 crews in each Division, in a total of 5 rounds. The division of crews by divisions will be based on the last year of CC.   III - SCORING SYSTEM League Points  x3 Champion Bonus  +100 points 2nd place Bonus  +50 Points 3rd place Bonus  +25 Points 8th place  -25 Points 9th place  -50 Points 10th place  -100 Points Goal achieved  +20 Points Goal Balance (SG)  X2 Cup Points (Champion +100 points; Vice Champion +50 points;  Semi Finalists +25 points) III - PROMOTION AND DESCENT: At the end of the 5 Rounds we will have - Division 1: The Champion of the 2021 Edition will be that crew that after the end of the 5 Rounds obtains more points among the 10 crews. Only the Champion has the right to a Banner; the Four worst in the overall score will be relegated to a lower Division. - Other divisions: (2° to 7°) The Champion of their division will be that crew that after the end of the 5 Rounds gets the most points among the 10 crews. Only the Champion has the right to a Banner; the Four best in the general sum are promoted to the Superior Division and the Four worse in the general punctuation will be relegated to the inferior Division. The last 4 crews from Division 8 (fourth and fifth from group A and B) will be eliminated from the Tournament for the next edition and will be replaced by teams from the Access Division. Access Division: The Access Division will be defined by the Organization, will be considering first the groups that have abandoned the 2020 edition, there will be a list with the names of all crews. And then the teams who wish to register and who are outside the initial Ranking. The Access Division is the only one that can have fewer teams per group than the other crews with rankings below 70 can only play in the Access Division. Their entry into the main divisions will only occur if there is the higher ranked team not participating in this edition of the CC. IMPORTANT: If any crew in the ranking between positions 1 and 70 does not want to participate in this edition of the CC, they can only start with the division of access in the next editions of the CC, losing the right to a greater division due to their current ranking. In the coming divisions, any crew that wants to play in the CC will start in the Access Division. The limit will always be up to 8 divisions for better control of the tournament. In view of the fact that by chance a crew from the 1st Division does not register for this Edition, automatically the crew from the 2nd Division will replace it, this is valid for the other Divisions. The criterion will be informed by the Organization.   IV- EXAMPLE OF ASCENT AND PROMOTION AND DESCENT After finishing the 5 Rounds, the final classification was like this in the image above. REAL RATING: In this image of the Real General Classification of the 1st DIVISION: (FURIA = CHAMPION; RED SKUULS = VICE; Draco’s Crew = 3rd Place) the Worst Four will be relegated to the Lower Division. This is valid for all other Divisions.   V - RULES One of the most important parts of the tournament. Read carefully and, in case of doubt, ask the Organization. Any advice from the Organization contrary to the rules will have no effect. Only what is written in this document becomes valid. Should it become extremely necessary to change or include any rules, these rules will be edited and the crews notified immediately. OSM rules: Although it is an unofficial tournament, OSM rules take precedence over any internal tournament rules. Cases presented to the Organization that refer to the OSM Rules will be reported on the game channels for the OSM team\'s assessment, and those involved may be directly punished by that team (whether the account is suspended or banned) if they are guilty.   CRITERIA TO PARTICIPATE

• At least 5 months of creation of the crew;
• At least 7,000 App battle points;
• Have played at least two competitions held by the Forums (We will request tournaments upon registration);

  CC Rules: 2- FRIENDS 2.1 Friendly matches are allowed only for coaches of the crews of their respective group. Friendly against members of the other group - 25 penalty points each. 3- TRANSFERS IN THE LEAGUE 3.1 Purchases and sales in the first simulations of the league Buying players from the transfer list is allowed only after the first sales simulation in the league. Buying players from the transfer list before the sales simulation is considered a penalty of -25 points per player purchased. 3.2 CPU offerings CPU offers cannot be accepted at any time; and there will also be a penalty of -25 points for each player sold to the CPU through an offer. 3.3 Instant sales Instant sales will not be allowed, resulting in a penalty of -25 points per sale. 3.4 Sales at original value Players cannot be sold at their exact market value. The same will have to be sold below or above its market value, if it is sold at the exact value, it will also result in the penalty of -25 points. 3.5 Internal transfers The purchase of players between human coaches is prohibited, will result in a penalty of -25 points.

4. W.O (WALKOVER)

4.1 We can be considered W.O the crew gives up the Tournament. The value of the W.O. will be considered Zero (-1000 points) by the Organization. 5-  CREATION OF THE LEAGUES: 5.1 Creating the wrong league: The League must be created in accordance with what is stipulated by the Organization. If the League Moderator creates it the wrong way, the coach crew will suffer a penalty -50 points and a new league can be created correctly. And if in case the Moderator creates again wrong the second time, the crew will suffer another penalty of -100 points, and the Organization will request another Moderator from another crew to create the league.

5.2 Choosing the wrong team: The coach who will choose a team other than the one stipulated, his crew who will suffer a penalty -50 points. So the opposing coach will stay with the team that was his. 5.3 Sending invitations: The invitations must be sent by the moderator to all members at the same time, or even as a maximum limit or within 5 minutes after the creation of the league to be sent all invitations. If it is proven that there was a delay in sending invitations from one crew in relation to the other (either for just reasons), the crew creating the league will be penalized by -25 points. Delay of up to 1 to 10 minutes (-25 points), 10 minutes ahead (-50 points). We suggest that PMs record a video when sending invitations so that there is a test if necessary.

6. GENERAL

6.1 Timers and compensation of funds: Timers and fund compensation have been disabled in order to prevent the use of Boss Coins for instant evolution activities. 6.2 Posting results: At the end of each Round, both crews  must post their results no later than 24 hours after the end of the Round. If the Organization\'s estimated time passes, the crew will suffer a penalty of -50 points in the final score of the round. 6.3 Should any Game Basic event occur during the course of the Rounds, the Organization will not prevent anything in this regard. In other words, the event will be equal for both sides. 6.4 No coach may play if he is not in his home crew to that mentioned in the line-up -25 points 6.5 Crew Alignments   Delay in posting alignment after the deadline stipulated by the Organization -50 points. 6.6 Replacement of manager -75 points

7. FAIR PLAY

7.1 Conspiracies, cheating and irregularities. Conspiracy with other participants is not allowed. This includes illegal transfers and all other adjustments that may indicate this type of illegality. If these rules are broken, they are reported to the OSM Staff using the tool: Report cheating. And if the organization interprets it as cheating or bad faith, eliminate those involved. 7.2 Offenses Offenses against the organization or organizing intrigues on the competition page, may result in penalties to coaches involved and banning of the same(s) from this COMPETITION and the FOLLOWING EDITION.

8. GROUP JUNCTION

If there is any combination between crews, the scores and penalties (if any) of the group that will be renamed remain valid. 9- ABANDONES OF THE TOURNAMENT 9.1 Crews that leave the tournament at any time will be relegated to the Access Division, having to fight again for a place in the main divisions. ATTENTION: System failures (bugs) that lead to penalties for the teams will be analyzed separately by the Organization, without the right to complain to those involved. IV - OTHER QUESTIONS: IV - OTHER QUESTIONS: All questions must be posted on the Tournament page and at least 1 of the organizers must be mentioned. Questions sent by private message will also be answered by mentioning a member of the Organization.  If an error is identified in the rules, inform the Organization immediately for analysis and correction. If there is a specific rule for penalties that is in the OSM Rules, the specific tournament rule will be valid over the OSM rule. Since this is an unofficial tournament, the decision of the Organization is sovereign, as long as it does not exceed the OSM rules. Stay tuned to the calendar and the information posted on the Forum.   Este regulamento tem todas as informações e regras sobre o Campeonato de Tripulações - CC 2021. DATA PREVISTA PARA INICIO: PLAY OFFS: 22/03/2021 FASE DE GRUPOS: 26/04/2021   I - INFORMAÇÃO GERAL: Este é um torneio não oficial. Nenhum moderador ou membro da equipe OSM tem qualquer relação com ele. Treinadores voluntários gerenciam o torneio e não recebem nada por isso. Portanto, tenha respeito no tratamento durante o torneio. A CC é um torneio longo, portanto, certifique-se de que seu Grupo possa avançar em cada rodada. Estar atencioso com outras equipes e jogar até o fim. Os abandonos serão severamente punidos, leia as Regras com atenção e compartilhe com todos os membros da sua equipe.   II - FORMATO: A CC é um torneio de tripulação disputado em divisões no novo formato de (chave A e B) em uma mesma liga. A divisão das tripulações pelas divisões será baseada no ultimo ano da CC. III – SISTEMA DE PONTUAÇÃO Pontos da Liga x3 Bônus de Campeão +100 Pontos Bônus de 2° Lugar +50 Pontos Bonus de 3° Lugar +25 Pontos 8 ° Lugar  -25 Pontos 9° Lugar -50 Pontos 10° Lugar -100 Pontos Goal alcançado +20 Pontos Saldo de Gols (SG) x2 Pontos da Copa (Campeão +100 pontos; Vice Campeão +50 pontos; Semi-Finalistas +25 pontos   III - SUBIDAS E DESCIDAS: No final das 5 Rodadas teremos - Divisão 1: O Campeão da Edição de 2021 será aquela TRIPULAÇÃO que após o fim das 5 Rodadas obter mais pontos entre as 10 TRIPULAÇÕES. Somente o Campeão tem direito a Banner ; Os Quatro piores na pontuação geral serão rebaixados a Divisão inferior. - Outras divisões: ( 2° até 7° ) O Campeão da sua divisão será aquela TRIPULAÇÃO que após o fim das 5 Rodadas obtiver mais pontos entre as 10 TRIPULAÇÕES. Somente o Campeão tem direito a Banner; Os Quatro melhores na soma geral são promovidos a Divisão Superior e os Quatro piores na pontuação geral serão rebaixados a Divisão inferior. As últimas 4 tripulações da Divisão 8 (quarta e quinta do grupo A e B) serão eliminadas do Torneio para a próxima edição e serão substituídas por equipas da Divisão de Acesso. Divisão de Acesso: A Divisão de Acesso será definida pela Organização, será levando em consideração em primeiro caso os grupos que abandonaram a edição de 2020, haverá uma lista com os nomes de todos os grupos. E depois as equipes quem deseja se registrar e quem está fora do Ranking inicial. A Divisão de Acesso é a única que pode ter menos equipes por chave do que as outras tripulações com classificação abaixo de 70 só podem jogar na Divisão de Acesso. Sua entrada nas divisões principais só ocorrerá se houver a equipe de classificação superior não participa desta edição do CC. IMPORTANTE: Se qualquer tripulação que esteja no Ranking entre as posições 1 e 70 não quiser participar nesta edição do CC, ele só pode começar pela divisão de acesso nas próximas edições do CC, perdendo o direito a uma maior divisão devido ao seu ranking atual. Nas próximas divisões, qualquer equipe que queira jogar no CC começará na Divisão de Acesso. O limite sempre será de até 8 divisões para melhor controle do torneio. Tendo em visto se por acaso uma Equipe da 1° Divisão não se inscrever para essa Edição, automaticamente o da 2°Divisão entrará no lugar do mesmo, isso é valido para as demais Divisões. O critério será informado pela Organização.

 IV- EXEMPLO DE CRITÉRIO DE SUBIDAS E DESCIDAS

Após termino das 5 Rodadas a classificação final ficou desta maneira na imagem acima.  REAL CLASSIFICAÇÃO Nessa imagem da Real Classificação geral da 1° DIVISÃO: ( FURIA = CAMPEÃO; RED SKUULS = VICE; Draco’s Crew = 3° Lugar ) os Quatro piores serão rebaixados para Divisão Inferior. Isso é valido para todas as demais Divisões.   V - REGRAS Uma das partes mais importantes do torneio. Leia com atenção e, em caso de dúvida, pergunte ao Organização. Qualquer orientação da Organização contrária ao regulamento, não terá efeito. Torna-se válido somente o que está escrito neste documento. Caso seja extremamente necessário alterar ou incluir alguma regra, este regulamento será editado e as tripulações comunicada imediatamente. Regras OSM: Embora seja um torneio não oficial, as regras OSM prevalecem sobre quaisquer regras internas do torneio. Os casos apresentados à Organização que se referem às Regras do OSM serão denunciados nos canais do jogo para avaliação da equipe OSM, sendo os envolvidos que podem ser punidos diretamente por essa equipe (seja a suspensão ou banimento da conta), se eles forem culpados.   CRITÉRIOS PARA PARTICIPAR

• No mínimo 5 meses de criação do grupo;
• No mínimo 7.000 Pontos de batalha de App;
• Ter jogado no mínimo duas competições realizadas pelos Fóruns (Solicitaremos os torneios no ato da Inscrição);

  Regras do CC:   2- AMISTOSOS 2.1 Jogos amigáveis ​​são permitidos somente contra treinadores das Equipes da sua respectiva Chave. Amigável contra membros da outra Chave - 25 pontos de penalidade cada. 3- TRANSFERÊNCIAS NA LIGA 3.1 Compras e vendas nas primeiras simulações da liga A compra de jogadores da lista de transferência é permitida só após a primeira simulação de vendas da liga. Comprar jogadores da lista de transferência antes da simulação de vendas é considerado penalização de -25 pontos por jogador comprado. 3.2 Ofertas de CPU Ofertas de CPU não podem ser aceitas em nenhum momento; e também terá uma penalidade de -25 pontos para cada jogador vendido a CPU por meio de oferta. 3.3 Vendas instantâneas Vendas instantâneas não serão permitidas, resultando na penalidade de -25 pontos por venda. 3.4 Vendas pelo valor original Jogadores não poderão ser vendidos pelo seu valor de mercado exato. O mesmo terá que ser vendido abaixo ou acima do seu valor de mercado, caso seja vendido no valor exato, resultará também na penalidade de -25 pontos. 3.5 Transferências internas É proibida a compra de jogadores entre treinadores humanos, resultará na penalização de -25 pontos.

4. W.O (WALKOVER)

4.1 Poderemos ser considerados W.O o grupo desistir do Torneio. O valor do W.O. será considerado Zero (-1000 pontos) pela Organização. 5- CRIAÇÃO DAS LIGAS: 5.1 Criar uma liga errada: A Liga deve ser criada de acordo com o que é estipulado pela Organização. Caso o Moderador da Liga crie ela de forma errada, o grupo de treinador sofrerá uma punição -50 pontos e poderá ser criada uma nova liga de forma correta. E se caso o Moderador criar novamente errado pela Segunda vez, o grupo sofrerá outra penalidade de -100 pontos, e a Organização solicitará outro Moderador de outro Grupo para fazer a criação da liga.

– As Ferramentas da Liga são as Seguintes

  5.2 Escolha da equipe errada: O treinador que escolherá uma equipe diferente da que foi estipulada, o seu grupo que sofrerá uma penalidade -50 pontos. Sendo assim o treinador adversário ficará com a equipe que era dele. 5.3 Envio de convites: Os convites devem ser enviados pelo moderador para todos os membros no mesmo momento, ou mesmo como limite máximo ou prazo de 5 minutos após a criação da liga para serem enviados todos os convites. Caso seja provado que houve atraso no envio dos convites de um grupo em relação ao outro (seja por motivos justos), o grupo criador da liga será penalizado em -25 pontos. Atraso de até 1 a 10 minutos (-25 pontos), de 10 minutos à frente (-50 pontos). Sugerimos que os PM gravem um vídeo na hora dos envios dos convites para que haja uma prova se necessário.  

6. GERAIS

6.1 Temporizadores e compensação de fundos: Desativados os temporizadores e compensação de fundos, de forma a impedir o uso de Boss Coins para atividades de evolução instantâneas. 6.2 Postagem de resultados: Ao termino de cada Rodada, ambos os Grupos devem postar seus resultados até no máximo 24h após o fim da mesma. Caso passe o tempo estimado pela Organização o grupo sofrerá uma penalidade de -50 pontos na pontuação final da rodada. 6.3 Caso ocorra qualquer evento da Game Basic no decorrer das Rodadas, a Organização não emplacará em nada sobre as tais, ou seja, o evento vai ser igual para ambos os lados. 6.4 Nenhum treinador poderá jogar se não estiver em seu grupo de origem ao mencionado no alinhamento - 50 pontos 6.5 Alinhamentos das Equipes Atraso da postagem do alinhamento após o prazo estipulado pela Organização -50 pontos. 6.6 Substituição de treinador -75 pontos.

7. JOGO JUSTO

7.1 Conspirações, trapaças e irregularidades. Conspiração com outros participantes não é permitida. Isto inclui transferências ilegais e todos os outros ajustes que podem indicar este tipo de ilegalidade. Caso essas regras sejam quebradas, sejam denunciadas ao Staff do OSM através da ferramenta: Denunciar batota. E caso a organização interprete como trapaça ou má fé, elimine os envolvidos. 7.2 Ofensas Ofensas à organização ou organização de intrigas na página da competição, poderão resultar em penalidades a treinadores envolvidos e banimento do(s) mesmo(s) desta COMPETIÇÃO, EDIÇÃO SEGUINTE e da SEVO.

8. JUNÇÃO DE GRUPOS

Se houver alguma combinação entre grupos, permanecer válidos a pontuação e penalizações (caso ocorra) do grupo que sofrerá alteração do nome.   9- ABANDONOS DO TORNEIO 9.1 As equipes que deixarem o torneio a qualquer momento serão rebaixadas para a Divisão de Acesso, tendo que lute novamente por um lugar nas principais divisões. ATENÇÃO: Falhas no sistema (bugs) que levem a penalidades às equipes serão analisadas separadamente pelo Organização, sem direito a reclamação dos envolvidos.    IV - OUTRAS PERGUNTAS: Todas as dúvidas devem ser postadas na pagina do Torneio e pelo menos 1 dos organizadores deve ser citado. Dúvidas enviadas por mensagem privada também serão respondidas mencionando pelo um membro da Organização.  Se um erro for identificado no regulamento, informe a Organização imediatamente para análise e correção. Se houver uma regra específica para penalidades que esteja nas Regras OSM, o torneio específico regra será válido sobre a regra OSM. Por ser um torneio não oficial, a decisão da Organização é soberana, desde que não seja exceder as regras do OSM. Fique atento ao calendário e às informações postadas no Fórum. Divirta-se!
